    HRIS Analyst

     

    As an HRIS Analyst, you will be instrumental in converting HR data into meaningful insights that drive innovation in reporting and analytics, directly supporting strategic business decisions. Success in this role requires strong analytical abilities, experience working with multiple HR data sources, and the skill to present complex information in clear, user-friendly formats. You will be empowered to pursue ongoing improvement, stay current with HR technology advancements, and actively contribute to strategic initiatives shaping the future of HR analytics.

    Responsibilities:

    + Serves as technical expert for SuccessFactors and SplashBI reporting, providing guidance and support to HR teams.

    + Identify and resolve data quality issues, proactively escalating risks to ensure data integrity across all platforms.

    + Lead initiatives to enhance HR analytics capabilities, research and implement innovative solutions to improve user experience and business processes.

    + Test, support, and maintain modifications, utilities, and tools associated with SuccessFactors Reporting and the SplashBI dashboarding platform.

    + Leads and/or participate in HR Reporting & Analytics projects as needed and assists with project planning, scheduling, coordination, communication, and implementation activities.

    + Analyzes and creates ad hoc reportsand process documentation as needed to support business needs and initiatives.

    + Act as a liaison between HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and IT, championing HR and business needs to deliver impactful solutions.

    + Performs system maintenance, including conducting functional reviews, testing and implementation of release changes, upgrades, or break/fixes. Collaborates with IT Change Control Board to apply configuration changes to system environments.

    Experience and Skills:

    + 5-6 years of experience in technical fields such as HR analytics, HRIS, HRIT, payroll, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

    + Experience with SuccessFactors and dashboarding tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, SplashBI) strongly preferred.

    + Problem solving/analytical skills; detail oriented.

    + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to design and deliver training materials to end users.

    + Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of general HR practices.

    + Demonstrates understanding of HR compliance requirements.

    + Ability to translate complex technical concepts to all levels of employees.

    + Strong customer service orientation.

    **Pay Range:** $71,625.00 - $95,500.00
