Job Title: Mounted Wheel Technician

Job Description and Responsibilities

+ Dismount tires from wheels and mount tires onto rims according to company and safety standards.

+ Balance tires using approved balancing equipment to ensure proper performance and safety.

+ Assist with loading and unloading trailers or box trucks as needed.

+ Operate tire service equipment, including tire changers, balancers, and related tools, while ensuring proper care and maintenance of all equipment.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring materials and equipment are handled safely.

+ Inspect tires and wheels to identify acceptable and defective conditions and clearly mark items as required.

+ Demonstrate the ability to determine when tires, wheels, or related components should be repaired or replaced.

+ Accurately document and communicate all work performed in accordance with company procedures.

+ Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, attendance, teamwork, training, and operational processes.

+ Perform additional related duties as assigned by management.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

+ Additional responsibilities may arise, and the technician is expected to approach new tasks with a positive and flexible attitude.

Education and Experience

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

Requirements

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

+ Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

+ Willingness to assist with other job duties as assigned.

Work Authorization

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
