    What You'll Do

     

    As a Materials Coordinator, you will play an important role in making sure our clinical teams have the supplies and equipment they need to care for patients.

    Responsibilities

    + Act as a connection between hospital departments and Supply Chain Operations.

    + Maintain proper supply levels, including stocking and organizing materials.

    + Keep stock rooms and supply areas clean, safe, and well-organized.

    + Manage specialty carts, kits, and medical equipment as needed.

    + Handle shipping and receiving duties.

    + Work closely with clinical and supply chain team members to meet supply needs.

    + Perform physically demanding tasks such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and walking throughout the shift.

     

    This is a physical, hands-on role — not administrative. The job can be repetitive at times but offers meaningful work supporting patient care in a fast-paced environment.

     

    What We're Looking For

    Education:

    + High School Diploma or GED, required.

    Experience:

    + Experience in a healthcare setting, preferred.

    + Experience in inventory, logistics, or warehouse work, preferred.

    Skills (Required):

    + Able to stand for long periods and perform frequent bending, stretching, and lifting (up to 35 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).

    + Good vision and manual dexterity.

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

    + Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.

    Skills (Preferred):

    + Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

    + Experience using pallet jacks, dock boards, or hand trucks.
