    As a Journey-Level Sprinkler Fitter, you'll work on a variety of projects throughout Boise, Idaho- Treasure Valley and surrounding areas. You'll be responsible for the install , inspect, repair, and maintain fire sprinkler systems in commercial and residential environments. Bringing craftsmanship and precision to every job site. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety- focused, and confident working independently or a part of a crew.     _Note:_ _The hourly rate for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hour._ _This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.     Responsibilities:

    + Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm

    + Install, assemble, and test fire sprinkler systems according to blueprints, specifications, and NFPA standards

    + Cut, thread, and install steel cooper , and CPVC pipe

    + Perform service repairs, and routine maintenance on existing systems

    + Read and interpret plans, drawings, and hydraulic calculations

    + Collaborate with project managers , superintendents, general contractors, and other trades

    + Conduct inspections and ensure systems meet code requirements

    + Maintain safe work practices, comply with OSHA, and company safety standards

    Qualifications:

    + Be at least 18+ years of age. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.

    + Journey- level Sprinkler Fitter Fire protection license preferred

    + Minimum of 4+ years' experience in fire installation and/ or service

    + Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and fire protection standards

    + Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and in varying environments

    + Valid Drivers license and reliable transportation

    + Ability to lift 50+lbs and work on active construction sites

    + Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail

    + Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    + Preferred by not required:

    + Pre-action fire suppression system experience

    + NICET level l or ll in Sprinkler systems

    + Backflow certification
