    As an HVAC Sheet Metal Installer with PRST, you will play a vital role in supporting contractors throughout San Diego, specifically focusing on the installation of spiral and rectangular ductwork for a new, one-story restaurant.     To qualify, you must provide your own tools, including tool bags, an impact drill, tin snips (left and right), linesman pliers, a uni-bit, crimpers, and specific bits for impact.

    _Note: The hourly rate for this position is $27 - $38 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.     Responsibilities:

    + Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week

    + Using hand tools and benders to construct sheet metal components, cold boxes, and HVAC components

    + Installing ridged and flex duct, as well as ceiling and wall HVAC vents

    + Checking refrigerants and other HVAC components with gauges and meters

    + Install ducting and safely operate lift equipment

    + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

    Qualifications:

    + Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

    + Prior experience in HVAC with minimum 5 years of experience

    + Self-sufficient and fully tooled in the trade

    + E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA

    + Verifiable work history that confirms your experience in the trade
