What’s a typical day as** **a** **Quality Technician I** **? You will:

+ Performs visual and dimensional inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with customer and company specifications.

+ Reviews and interprets blueprints, customer requirements, production paperwork, and technical drawings to verify accuracy and product conformity.

+ Creates and manages quality documentation including NCRs, inspection reports, certification packages, FAIRS, and scanned records.

+ Supports quality activities such as MRB, customer audits, returned goods investigations, qualifications, and calibration.

+ Conducts product audits, tests raw materials for mechanical/physical properties, and maintains a clean, safe workspace in alignment with 5S and company policies.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

+ Minimum of 2 years previous work experience in a Quality or Production role, performing inspections and using gauges.

+ Minimum of 2 years previous work experience in a regulated industry (Aerospace, Automotive, Medical Device)

+ Ability to use handheld gauges and other measurement devices safely and appropriately.

+ Must demonstrate knowledge of inspection techniques and familiarity with sampling plans.

+ Must be able to multi-task and work in a face-paced environment
