    Join Our Team as an AR Deductions Supervisor!

Post Consumer Brands is looking for an **Accounts Receivable (AR) Deductions Supervisor** who thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and driving results. If you’re passionate about building strong partnerships and leading with purpose, this is your opportunity to shine.

     

    This is a REMOTE role open to MN candidates ONLY!

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    As a working supervisor, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts while leading a team of 4–7 Deduction Coordinators and Analysts. Your role will combine leadership, strategy, and hands-on problem-solving:

     

    + **Lead & Inspire** : Coach and develop your team, set clear goals, and foster a positive, collaborative culture.

    + **Drive Results** : Oversee deduction processing, resolve trade and non-trade deductions, and partner with Sales and Customer Solutions to ensure accuracy.

    + **Innovate & Improve** : Contribute to process improvements and implement system upgrades as a subject matter expert in High Radius technology.

    + **Collaborate Across Teams** : Build strong relationships with Sales, Brokers, Customer Solutions, and Credit functions to keep things moving smoothly.

    Qualifications

    What We’re Looking For

    + **Education** : Associate degree required; Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field preferred.

    + **Experience** : 5+ years in Accounts Receivable in consumer-packaged goods industry, with expertise in deduction resolution and collections.

    + **Leadership Skills** : Proven ability to manage diverse personalities, coach effectively, and build team morale.

    + **Technical Know-How** : Intermediate Excel and Word skills; experience with Order-to-Cash automation software (High Radius, Get Paid) is a plus.

    + **Personal Attributes** : Organized, analytical, and customer-focused with strong communication skills.

    The pay range for this position is $61,205 - $85,688 per year.
