Our Employee Resource Group program, Employee Recognition program, and 3D Gives Back program, are just a few examples of how you will be empowered to build connections, celebrate wins, and make a meaningful impact. *What You’ll Do*: * Manage and grow a large global haptic device sales pipeline with a focus on extended warranty revenue generation * Cultivate relationships with global reseller and OEM partners and direct customers to drive recurring haptic warranty revenue * Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline data and provide weekly revenue forecast to management * Understand customer needs and position 3D Systems haptic solutions to address technical and business challenges * Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, marketing, order management and product) to ensure customer satisfaction and successful solution delivery * Represent 3D Systems at international events, trade shows, and customer meetings (virtual and in-person) * Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities * Perform other duties as assigned *What You’ll Bring:* * Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in direct and indirect sales, with at least 2 years focused on international or global markets * Proven ability to meet and exceed yearly sales targets of $1M * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across cultures and organizational levels * Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to track opportunities, send quotations and manage customer data * Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple time zones * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value * Comfortable conducting business via phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings * Ability to occasionally travel domestically and internationally (up to 10%) * Familiarity with haptic devices, Geomagic Freeform software and simulation software is preferred, but not required * Multilingual skills are preferred, but not required #LI-MM1 **Title:** *Global Sales Specialist* **Location:** *SC-Rock Hill* **Requisition ID:** *250000CS*
