Join Batteries Plus as a Commercial Sales Coordinator, where you'll be the go-to support for our Commercial Sales team, stores, and customers. You'll handle order processing, resolve issues, and make sure everything runs smoothly from sale to shipment. What You'll Do
+ Be the main point of contact for store-level Commercial Sales inquiries and customer support.
+ Respond to questions about orders, invoices, returns, and credits, keeping customers informed every step of the way.
+ Accurately enter and process orders, quotes, returns, credits, and third-party invoices.
+ Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and great communication.
+ Work with Accounting to resolve invoice or payment issues quickly and accurately.
+ Partner across departments to solve problems and improve order processes.
+ Support contract and pricing updates, maintain customer agreements, and prepare reports for the sales team.
+ Assist the Sales team with product cross-referencing and customer inquiries.
+ Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives that enhance the Commercial Sales experience.
What We're Looking For
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred.
+ 1+ year of experience in order management, sales support, or customer service.
+ Experience with retail or commercial sales environments preferred.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when handling issues.
+ Proficient in Salesforce, point of sale systems, order management tools, and Microsoft/Google platforms.
+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with urgency.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills-you love being part of a team that gets things done.
