    We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE Incineration units is seeking a Maintenance Planner MX** who is responsible for for maximizing operational profit through the use of effective planned maintenance. Accountable for the daily preparation of work orders and parts availability inquiries. Schedules all maintenance in accordance with manpower and shop space availability to minimize maintenance delays and maximize asset availability. **Hours Mon thru Fri 7:00am to 4:30pm, 45 hours per week. Starting Salary $70K annually

    + Work with Internal and outsourced maintenance facilities within the facility rotary kiln and fluidized bed incineration units

    + Create and manage fleet repair orders, working closely with Asset management, and the internal maintenance

    + Follow repair process from repair creation to completion and communicate repair timeline status to all necessary parties

    + Track all repairs in the Clean Harbors Asset Management system including repair order notes, quotes, inspection forms, purchase orders, and final invoices

    + Facilitate maintenance repair requests with management, the internal maintenance organization and vendors

    + Participate in the periodic planning meetings with the internal maintenance group

    + Assist coworkers with asset management and repair order system issues

    + May be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs

    + Knowledge of fleet maintenance systems and processes

    + Ability to use a computer and applicable company software

    + Proficient in MS Office Applications - MS Excel, MS Outlook

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Ability to work overtime as needed

    + Ability to perform multiple tasks

    + Lifting up to 50 lbs from the ground to your waste

    + Climb up and down vertical ladders

    + 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected - depth perception is critical

    + 10 pushups, deep knee squats and sit-ups (to determine if fit)

    + Good hand/eye coordination

    + Valid Driver's License required

    + Punctuality and attendance required

    + Respirator fit test upon hire- clean shaven face required (mustache okay!)

    + Background check, drug screen and physical- required
