    Global Fund Services is seeking a future team member for the role of Mutual Funds Specialist to support our Contact Center team.

    In this role you will:

    + Be responsible for the analysis and processing of a variety of complex mutual fund transaction requests for mutual fund companies and their shareholders; including new account set ups, purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and account maintenance within client standards for productivity and accuracy.

    + Provide and respond to telephone inquiries from existing shareholders, institutional clients, and broker/dealers regarding transaction requests and specific account information.

    + Analyze and enter trade cancellations, account corrections, dividend and capital gain corrections, check stops and rebooking trades due to pricing errors.

    + Process conversions, de-conversions and fund liquidations.

    + Research shareholder requests to ensure compliance with SEC, STA, and internal policies and procedures.

    **Schedule:** Monday through Friday on a rotating schedule with hours between 8 am (CT) and 7 pm (CT)

    **Location:** 3 or more days in our Milwaukee, WI Lewis Center Location following a fully onsite training

    To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

    - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience

     

    - Minimum two years of related work experience, such as accounting/financial transactions and customer service

    This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week following the fully onsite training period.

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $22.50 - $30.00
