    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production.

    + Monitor material flow and perform routine checks to maintain consistent product quality.

    + Assist with maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting.

    + Perform accurate recordkeeping and communicate operational issues promptly.

    + Support overall site safety by following established procedures and identifying potential hazards.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Capability to operate or learn to operate industrial and mobile equipment safely.

    + Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

    + Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team setting.

    + Dependability and attention to detail in completing operational and maintenance activities.

    + Willingness to learn plant processes and adapt to changing operational needs.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    + $22.00 to $28.75 per hour
