The position is a part of the Cargo Performance Planning & Analysis team within Cargo Commercial group. The team provides data-driven insights that enable strategic decision-making across the entire Cargo division
+ This role is part of the Cargo Performance & Analysis team within the Cargo Commercials organization, part of the Cargo group
+ This analyst will take an analytical approach to improving operational and revenue performance, sales lead generation, and improving customer experience through data-based insights and strategic initiatives
What you'll do

+ Works collaboratively with teams across Cargo Division to develop innovative and data-driven solutions that improve revenue performance and deliver weekly/monthly performance updates to senior leaders
+ Own, design, and lead incentive programs from concept through execution, creating structures that motivate sales performance across account and product portfolios while ensuring alignment with commercial goals
+ Develop and automate program workflows using SQL, Python, and BI tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and intelligence of incentive programs
+ Build advanced data models and reporting dashboards in Power BI and Excel to monitor program effectiveness and lead the creation and maintenance of documentation related to our reporting, query library, and tools
+ Uses business acumen to identify and pursue new project opportunities resulting from ad-hoc analysis, research, and findings
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
+ 3+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Consulting, Data Analysis, Sales Operations or relevant experience
+ Basic knowledge of programming languages, such as SQL, Python or R
+ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Master’s Degree in Business, Finance or Analytics
+ Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, or equivalent visualization software
+ Prior experience in airlines/transportation/freight forwarding
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
+ Resourceful, creative thinker; proactive in suggesting reporting improvements and ideas
+ Strong project management skills, including experience managing projects across departments
+ Excellent teamwork skills with proven ability to work effectively in a variety of situation
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of achieving results through collaborative efforts
+ Ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks to achieve optimal outcomes
+ Willingness to tackle complex problems with minimal supervision
