About the Role
The CBRE team is expanding its support for autonomous and semi‑autonomous robotics across a global data center portfolio and is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Analyst to help drive these initiatives. Based in Moncks Corner, SC, this role applies construction, safety, and operational best practices to streamline the deployment of robotics‑focused automation solutions. You’ll collaborate with engineers, project managers, CAD/BIM specialists, technical writers, and suppliers while communicating regularly through video calls, email, and internal ticketing systems.
What You’ll Do
+ Design and document optimized future‑state processes using Lean principles, creating PDDs and SDDs to support automation development.
+ Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and visualizations (Tableau, Power BI) to track KPIs, monitor automated workflows, and forecast ROI for new automation opportunities.
+ Analyze automation logs and runtime data to identify trends, root‑cause failures, and opportunities for process improvement or bot optimization.
+ Assess automation feasibility by partnering with IT and development teams to evaluate system compatibility, security requirements, and technical constraints.
+ Quantify projected ROI for automation initiatives, including tech‑hours saved, SLA improvements, ergonomic risk reduction, and throughput gains.
+ Identify risks, dependencies, and failure modes while managing the automation pipeline/backlog to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
What You'll Need
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
+ Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
+ In depth knowledge of Google Suite preferred.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.
+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
+ Strong proficiency in at least one major data visualization tool and expertise in SQL preferred.
+ Lean or Six Sigma Certification (Yellow Belt or Green Belt) preferred.
