Job Summary and Responsibilities

CHI Joseph Medical Group in Berea, Kentucky, is currently recruiting a Family Practice APP to join our established Richmond practice. The Providers in this clinic care for patients with a full range of health and wellness services:

+ Annual wellness exams and sports physicals

+ Care for all acute illnesses and minor injuries

+ Care for chronic illnesses like asthma, diabetes and hypertension

+ Diagnostic services, including lab work, vision and hearing testing, blood pressure monitoring and more

+ Preventive care, including personalized consultations and health screenings

+ Well-child exams, including immunizations for newborns to adolescents

+ Seasonal support for allergies and the flu

Practice Highlights

+ Practice currently consists of 1 MD’s, 1APP, CMA’s and support staff

+ Out-patient only

Basic Responsibilities:

+ Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver health care to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities.

+ Ensure that patient care meets or exceeds the facility quality standards.

+ Ensure that patient satisfaction meets or exceeds standards set by the facility.

+ Educate patients on both clinical and managed care.

+ Participate in clinic and network task forces as requested and appropriate.

+ Function as an effective clinic team member.

+ Meet productivity standards.

+ Effectively use clinic financial and other performance information.

Pay Range

$40.00 - $65.00 /hour
