Job Summary

+ Make dashboard for slitter setup instructions and inventory all slitter tools.

+ Validate tool tracking system to see how we can optimize it using Airtable or EQMS. –

+ Improve tool tracking system to include tools from other departments such as lamination, films, chamfer, and semiauto. –

+ Purchase program to help slitter operators do setups.

+ Organize slitter tools so knives do not touch to prevent chipping and inventory them.

+ Calculate and execute savings project to make Bihlers slow down and sort bad parts before continuing serial production to avoid operator interference

Required Qualifications:

+ Currently pursuing/enrolled in accredited college/university pursuing degree (Bachelors or Masters) within-Mechanical-,-Industrial,-manufacturing.
