As a **Security Professional - Armed Hospital Driving Patrol** in **Killeen, TX** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol healthcare locations, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind to staff, patients, and visitors. This position requires both Level III armed certification and a valid driver's license, as you will conduct patrols by vehicle and/or on foot. What You'll Do:

+ Provide outstanding customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with conflict resolution and incident documentation.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe and report any unusual circumstances.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the healthcare environment to help to deter unauthorized access and to maintain awareness of activity in these areas.

+ Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when required, following established protocols for healthcare settings.

+ Complete detailed and accurate reports related to security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site procedures.

+ Operate security-related technology and communication devices as necessary to support patrol and incident response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Level III Armed Certification Texas Only is required.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
