Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for all personnel and visitors.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

+ Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors on-site, offering assistance and guidance as needed.

+ Support the implementation of site access control measures and monitor for compliance with location policies.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to address security-related matters and contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A Guard Card or security license is preferred.

+ CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.

+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ Experience in loss prevention is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
