What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to guests, employees, and visitors at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

+ Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Communicate professionally with visitors and staff, answering questions and providing directions or information as needed.

+ Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, incident reports, and other documentation as required by site procedures.

+ Assist with emergency response activities at the front desk, coordinating with Allied Universal management and local authorities when appropriate.

+ Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity through attentive monitoring and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
