Job Title: Senior On-Site Service Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Print Production and High-Volume Mail Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing heavy mail operations—including insertion and high-speed postage operations—while supporting print production tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing of documents and materials.

Roles and Responsibilities

+ Operate and maintain mail equipment, including inserters, sorters, and postage meters.

+ Prepare, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail in compliance with USPS regulations.

+ Handle envelope inserting, metering, and bulk mailing tasks efficiently.

+ Maintain accurate records of mail transactions and ensure timely delivery.

+ Monitor inventory of mailing supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.

+ Assist with digital print jobs, including file preparation and basic finishing tasks (binding, laminating, cutting).

+ Operate print equipment as required and ensure print quality.

+ Troubleshoot minor print issues promptly.

Qualifications – Must Have

+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in mail or print operations preferred.

+ Experience in mailroom operations with exposure to mail equipment.

+ Familiarity with mail inserters, postage meters, and sorting machines.

+ Basic knowledge of print production processes and finishing tasks.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications – Nice to Have

+ Previous experience in copy jobs or related fields.

+ Basic knowledge of electronics and copier equipment repair.

+ Valid driver’s license with minimum auto insurance coverage.
