    Job Description

    We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resource leader to join our team. This role involves managing all facets of human resources related functions and activities. This position will lead integration activities to ensure a smooth transition following our recent acquisition. The successful candidate will oversee HR operations, employee relations, and promote a positive workplace culture. **This position will require roughly 12-16 hours per week and is based in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.**

    The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    + Facilitate the HR integration requirements supporting the recent acquisition which will entail the transfer of employees from Heresite to WEG, which may include data cleansing, liaison the benefit and payroll migration, manage the transition of employment such as off-boarding/onboarding, etc.

    + Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

    + Foster a positive work environment, communication and culture within Heresite

    + Foster a collaborative partnership with broader HR team in U.S. and Brazil HQ

    + Handle employee complaints, grievances, and disputes.

    + Ensure the organization complies with all employment laws, regulations and Corporate compliance requirements.

    + Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

    + Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to management.

    Skills & Qualifications **:**

    + Bachelor-s degree in Human Resources.

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resource role.

    + Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

    + Thorough understanding of operations personnel

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

    + Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Savvy HRIS skills. Paylocity experience a plus.

    + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

    + Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
