Senior Program Manager
Job Description:
We are searching for a highly self-driven Senior Program Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic initiatives across Sage’s global GTM portfolio. In this role, you will bring clarity and confidence to senior leadership by providing transparent insight into program progress, risks, and outcomes. You will drive meaningful operational efficiencies and elevate program maturity by championing strong end-to-end delivery practices.
Working in close partnership with cross-functional teams, you will lead complex programs to successful outcomes, embedding effective delivery methods and sound business discipline along the way. You will also build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, cultivating a growth mindset through coaching, continuous improvement, and the active sharing of best practices across the organization.
This is a Hybrid position based on-site 3 days per week in our Atlanta office at Ponce City Market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership, direction and coaching on project / program delivery
• Ensure that program activities comply with organizational and external policies / regulations
• Collaborates with stakeholders, sponsors and other functions to ensure that program alignment and that quality goals are achieved and maintained
• Drives continuous improvement and efficiency through the partnering with functional leaders. Leading the identification and implementation of business improvements
• Defines and ensures standardization of Reporting and Key Metric Outcomes
• Effective management of risks, issues and escalations, driving accountability to the relevant senior stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of the strategic business outcomes
• Take ownership and delivery responsibility for key strategic initiatives and special projects
• Prepare for and manage governance meetings and key materials ensuring materials are sent in advance
Requirements:
• 5+ years progressive experience in program management, project management, or business operations delivering multiple concurrent, complex initiatives.
• Prior experience at a SaaS or technology company strongly preferred
• Proven leadership of cross-functional, multi-stakeholder strategic initiatives.
• Strong track record of delivering high-impact projects, to include experience supporting sales and marketing.
• Skilled in building relationships, influencing, and negotiating at all levels.
• Exceptional organization & communication skills with experience articulating & presenting to all levels.
• Collaborative in matrixed settings, working seamlessly with diverse teams.
• Growth mindset and ability to drive change through positive, proactive leadership.
