Human Resources Generalist – Talent Focus

Position Overview:

As a Human Resources Generalist with a primary focus on talent management, you will support a wide range of HR functions while driving initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role will be deeply involved in recruiting, workforce planning, learning and development, and succession planning. You’ll work closely with the HR team, Multifamily Operations, and the Multifamily HR Business Partner to ensure our talent strategies align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Talent Management (Primary Focus):

+ Lead full-cycle recruiting for multifamily roles and ensure a positive candidate experience.

+ Optimize staffing levels and manage temporary staffing relationships.

+ Coordinate learning and development programs, career pathing, and development plans.

+ Support workforce planning and succession strategies for critical roles.

+ General HR Support:

+ Assist with employee relations, compliance, and policy administration as needed.

+ Help with onboarding, benefits coordination, and other HR processes.

+ Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and culture.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

+ 2+ years of HR experience, with exposure to recruiting and talent development.

+ Strong organizational and communication skills.

+ Familiarity with HR systems and tools; experience in multifamily real estate is a plus.
