Adecco is recruiting for a client located close to the Doral area in zip code 33172 that needs and Administrative Assistant to support office administrative tasks for department. The ideal candidate will manage coordinate schedules, handle communications and help ensure the smooth functioning of the department. Work schedule is 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Pay $15 and our client has a great benefits package. This is a Temp to Hire job opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
+ Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
+ Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
+ Prepare, organize, and maintain files, reports, and records
+ Draft, edit, and format documents such as letters, memos, and presentations
+ Order office supplies and maintain inventory
+ Assist with data entry, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks
+ Support managers and staff with administrative and clerical tasks
Required Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred)
+ Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) or similar software
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Job Benefits:
+ After the temp to hire completion and our client offers you the perm job you will be accruing PTO from day one (which gives you 20 PTO days on the first year of employment) and our client has Medical, Vision, Dental, Medical Gap, Short-term Disability Insurance and 401K plan. Plus, they pay 10 Holidays per year.
Shift Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Pay $15 per hour.
