    Responsibilities for an Executive Admin Assistant but are not limited to:

    The team supports Industry Solutions Delivery within a professional services organization. While the larger organization develops services, this team partners with customers to enable purchased products and provide consultative support for successful adoption.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and handling basic bookkeeping tasks.

    • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other business documents.

    • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports efficiently.

    • Review and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine significance and plan appropriate distribution.

    • Prepare agendas and coordinate arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.

    Candidates for Executive Admin Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and deliver excellent customer service.

    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

    • Basic mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback when needed.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools

    **Pay Details:** $44.27 per hour
