Adecco is currently assisting one of its top clients in their search for a **Account Manager** working in **Washington, D.C., DC, 20001** **(Hybrid)**
Pay Range:- $80 - 85/ hour
Shift Time:- 8 AM– 5 PM (MON-FRI)
Job Description
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will own customer relationships and execute strategic account plans to drive product adoption, customer success, and revenue growth. You will identify customer needs, deliver data-driven solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared business goals.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, acting as a trusted strategic partner
+ Identify customer business objectives and uncover revenue and growth opportunities
+ Execute sales and account strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders
+ Analyze customer and performance data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
+ Drive product adoption and deliver solutions to customer challenges
+ Track account performance, pipelines, and key metrics (KPIs)
+ Escalate complex issues as needed and contribute to continuous improvement and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in account management, sales, or partnerships
+ Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills
+ Data-driven mindset with analytical and reporting experience
+ Understanding of sales strategies, customer research, and advertising solutions
+ Proficiency with CRM and sales tools
+ Strong persuasion, organization, and problem-solving skills
**Pay Details:** $80.00 to $85.00 per hour
