    Job Title: Foreman** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a seasoned Foreman to lead a field crew. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in welding, supervision, and working with rigging and materials. This role demands strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of mechanical processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and supervise a field crew.

    + Ensure efficient and safe operation of welding processes.

    + Work with rigging and materials to facilitate construction tasks.

    + Interpret and implement blueprints in construction projects.

    + Maintain high standards of safety and quality.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding.

    + Proven supervisory experience.

    + Proficiency in installation, rigging, and mechanical processes.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in construction.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newton, KS.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
