    Job Title: Pump Mechanic – Industrial Maintenance Technician

    **Location:** San Antonio

    **Schedule:** Wednesday–Sunday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a **skilled Pump Mechanic** to join our industrial maintenance team, specializing in **high-pressure pump systems** within the paint department. This role requires expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, as well as hands-on experience with various pump types in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform **maintenance and repairs** on high-pressure pumps (15K, 20K, and 40K psi).

    + Service **positive pressure reciprocating pumps** and **diaphragm pumps** .

    + Conduct **mechanical troubleshooting** and repairs on pump systems.

    + Execute **electrical diagnostics** using a multimeter and other tools.

    + Perform **basic facility maintenance** as needed.

    + Ensure compliance with **safety protocols** and proper use of PPE.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience with **industrial high-pressure cleaning pumps** and **positive displacement pumps** .

    + Strong **mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills** .

    + Proficiency in **electrical troubleshooting** and multimeter use.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Previous experience in **industrial pump maintenance** .

    + Familiarity with **paint department operations** and related equipment.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
