    Job Title: Production Team Member (1st Shift)

    **Location:** East Moline, IL

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm

    **Shift:** 1st Shift Only

    **Pay:** $16-18/hr

     

    About the Role

     

    We are seeking motivated and reliable **Production Team Members** to join our growing team at the East Moline facility. This position plays a key role in warehouse operations, including material handling, order processing, and preparing products for shipment to major customers such as Menards, Lowe’s, and Home Depot.

     

    This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin or grow their career in a warehouse or production setting. Minimal experience required—training and cross-training are provided!

    Key Responsibilities

    + Pull and prepare copper tubing/pipe and other materials for customer orders

    + Operate in various warehouse departments including:

    + Pipe Cell

    + Saw Operation

    + Receiving

    + Shipping

    + Work Orders

    + Cover wire with protective tubing and ensure proper boxing and packaging before shipment

    + Safely and efficiently complete assigned jobs, tasks, and projects

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

    + Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

    Schedule & Pay

    + **1st Shift:** 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday through Friday

    + **Production Incentive:** Eligible after 1–3 weeks of training/cross-training (dependent on individual progress)

    Qualifications

    + Prior warehouse experience helpful but **not required**

    + **Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift**

    + **Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality**

    + **Reliability and willingness to learn multiple areas of production**

    + **Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment**

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Moline, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
