Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you will play a crucial role in crafting products. You will be responsible for sanding, grinding, assembling, and cutting products. This role involves the use of hand and power tools, hand grinders, and measuring tools.
Responsibilities
+ Sand, grind, assemble, and cut components.
+ Utilize hand and power tools, including hand grinders and measuring tools.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in general labor and machine operation.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
+ 1-2 years of recent experience in construction, millwork, or cabinetry.
+ Ability to stand for 10 hours in a manufacturing environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with press brakes and mechanical troubleshooting.
+ Knowledge of laser operation.
+ Experience in using measuring tools for 1-2 years.

Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing environment that may be dusty, especially in the millwork area. Employees are provided with respirator face cups if needed. The facility can be warm during the summer months. The work schedule is from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Friday and Saturday. The dress code includes jeans or shorts, a t-shirt, and steel-toed boots.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenyon, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
