Job Title: Project Manager - Commercial Roofing** **Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and team coordination, ensuring safety and quality standards are met while maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for all project activities while stationed at the job site.
+ Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
+ Supervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
+ Conduct regular inspections to maintain workmanship quality and adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
+ Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.
+ Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders regarding project progress and any issues.
+ Address and resolve on-site challenges promptly to avoid delays.
+ Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, change orders, and material usage.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing project management or related field.
+ Proficiency in various commercial roofing systems, such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ OSHA 30 certification preferred; additional safety certifications are a plus.
+ Willingness to travel extensively and remain on-site for the duration of projects.
+ Familiarity with project management software and digital reporting tools.

Work Environment
This position requires extensive travel and staying on-site for the duration of projects. You will be working with advanced project management software and digital reporting tools to ensure efficient project execution and communication.

This is a Contract position based out of Oxford, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.
