Position: Flight Operations Support Associate - Drone
Overview

Key Responsibilities
+ Organize and manage ground equipment, including batteries and related hardware, to support daily drone flights.
+ Observe local airspace for potential hazards and promptly report concerns.
+ Assist with warehouse duties such as inventory tracking and preparing packages for dispatch.
+ Follow established protocols to maintain operational safety and regulatory compliance.
+ Serve as a friendly point of contact for community members, answering general questions about our services.
+ Accurately log activities and maintain records using company templates and digital tools.
Required Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
+ Familiarity with documentation and reporting processes.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
+ Strong commitment to safety and adherence to detailed procedures.
Preferred Experience
+ Background in warehouse, logistics, or material handling.
+ Exposure to aviation, aerospace, or drone-related operations.
+ Understanding of aviation terminology and regulatory standards.

Work Conditions
+ **Contract:** 12 months with potential for extension or permanent placement.
+ **Schedule:** 6:45 AM–6:00 PM, four-day workweek (Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday). Holiday shifts may be required.
+ **Physical Requirements:** Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for up to 12 hours, and perform frequent bending, reaching, and squatting.
+ **Environment:** Indoor/outdoor warehouse setting with exposure to varying weather conditions.
+ **Travel:** Up to 25% as needed.
+ **Compliance:** Subject to DOT drug and alcohol testing for safety-sensitive duties per FAA guidelines.

This is a Contract position based out of Pendleton, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
