    Injection Mold Set-Up Technician

    About the Role

    A leading global manufacturer is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Injection Mold Set-Up Technician. In this position, you’ll take ownership of preparing and operating injection molding equipment to support the production of precision plastic components. This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone who thrives in a clean, organized, and innovation-driven environment.

    What You’ll Do

    + Perform mold installations and removals using proper tools and lifting devices

    + Hook up auxiliary systems, including dryers, loaders, and temperature control units

    + Confirm mold alignment and ensure all machine settings—temperature, pressure, cycle time—meet required specifications

    + Execute machine start-up and shutdown procedures

    + Monitor part quality throughout production runs

    + Record inspection findings and maintain accurate production documentation

    What You Bring

    + Minimum **2 years of experience** performing injection mold set-ups and operating molding equipment

    + Strong experience in **mold changeovers**

    + **Ability to complete first-piece inspections** confidently and accurately

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Hands-on experience with **Arburg injection molding machines**

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
