    Job Title: Production Line Worker $17hr

    Job Description

    As an Assembly Associate, you will play a key role in assembling kitchen cabinets using both air tools and hand tools. Your responsibilities will include trimming and gluing joints, fitting parts together to form sections of cabinets, assembling these sections to create completed cabinets, and installing hinges, locks, catches, drawers, and shelves. You will also install completed products and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble kitchen cabinets using air tools and hand tools.

    + Trim and glue joints, and fit parts together to form sections of cabinets.

    + Assemble sections to form completed cabinets.

    + Fit hinges, locks, catches, drawers, and shelves.

    + Install completed products.

    + Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

    + Ability to perform metric measurements with tape and calipers.

    + Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.

    + Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

    + Ability to assess and prioritize tasks.

    + Ability to read and understand drawings.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in production, general labor, inspection, assembly, and forklift operation.

    + Experience with general production and packaging.

    + Skills in heavy lifting, assembly, woodwork, hand tools, packing, carpentry, and power tools.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is indoors, but the temperature inside can mirror the weather outside due to the manufacturing side of the building. Essential physical tasks include consistently lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs. - 50lbs., occasionally carrying up to 25lbs, and constantly standing with occasional walking, bending, and twisting. The role requires specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riverside, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
