About the Role
We’re seeking a CMMS Administrator to own asset management, work planning, and spare parts inventory for a high‑volume facility using Infor EAM. You’ll maintain clean, trusted data, build preventive maintenance plans, support work scheduling, and train end users—keeping operations running safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Description:
+ Publish KPI metrics for the facilities team; interpret performance data and recommend actions.
+ Maintain EAM data quality: equipment metadata, labeling, and hierarchy; ensure accurate work order (WO) creation, planning, updates, and closure.
+ Develop PM programs specific to the site: PM plans, schedules, routes, and work packages.
+ Support scheduling and WO data reviews with management.
+ Spare parts stewardship: maintain parts metadata, drive materials management in the store, and uphold 5S standards.
+ Procurement in EAM & Oracle: generate requisitions, create POs, and process receipts.
+ Train & support users: deliver software training, coach best practices, and serve as Tier 1 EAM support.
+ Partner with corporate EAM Business Analysts to implement coding schemes, PM procedures, reports, and new functionality.
+ Participate in regional roll‑outs and implementation projects.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 1+ year using computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
+ Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
+ Willingness to travel up to 15%.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Associate degree or professional training in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
+ 3+ years with enterprise software and standard work processes.
+ 3+ years using Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project proficiency a plus.
+ Experience in customer service and project management.
+ 3+ years planning/auditing maintenance activities.
+ 4+ years with EAM software (Infor EAM ASE preferred).
+ 2+ years of data analysis for asset management and spare parts optimization.
+ Experience delivering user training; strong written and verbal communication.
+ Self‑driven, organized, and effective in a fast‑paced team setting.
Skills & Abilities
+ Microsoft Office Suite; email; scanning/copying equipment.
+ Maintain 5S standards; audit materials processes; support corrective actions based on cycle counts and KPIs.
+ Collaborate across facilities to reduce cost and improve parts quality.
+ Coach staff on EAM functions and best practices.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.06/hr.
