Job Title: Data Entry Clerk - Immediate Start

Job Responsibilities

+ Visually inspect each vehicle returned at the PHX rental return lanes.

+ Identify and mark all visible damage on the vehicle exterior.

+ Measure and photograph each identified damage with proper tools and techniques.

+ Log all damage details in real time using a Google Form on an iPad.

+ Record details including license plate, damage type, location, size category, measurements, and photos linked to corresponding damage entries.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in data entry and customer service.

+ Basic proficiency with iPads, Google Forms, and Google Workspace.

+ Strong attention to detail and observational skills.

+ Ability to visually identify vehicle damages accurately.

+ Reliable and able to work independently.

+ Comfortable working outdoors and on feet for extended periods.

Shifts and Pay

+ M-F

+ 8 am - 4 pm

+ 4 pm - 12 am

+ 12 am - 8 am

+ $23/hour

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
