    Job Title: Metal Roofing Installer

    Job Description

    We are seeking experienced Metal Roofing Installer to support a significant lab facility project. This high-priority assignment requires skilled professionals to assist with single-ply and metal roofing systems, ensuring project continuity through May.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist with roofing tasks under the supervision of the Superintendent.

    + Support rerouting and installation work while adhering to all safety regulations and site protocols.

    + Coordinate with team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.

    + Maintain accurate job number records for invoicing.

    Essential Skills

    + 4–5 years of roofing experience.

    + Proficiency in Metal Roofing Systems.

    + Specialization in Edge Metal and Coping Metal.

    + Hand welding experience.

    + Experience with single-ply roofing systems.

    + Ability to follow strict safety protocols.

    + Punctuality and reliability.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience working in lab facility environments.

    + Familiarity with rerouting tasks in specialized facilities.

    + Commercial/Industrial experience.

    + Owning personal tools and a hand welder is a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
