Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description

This role involves repairing and troubleshooting various issues within machinery to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

+ Repair and troubleshoot issues in machinery, focusing on pneumatics, hydraulics, and plastic mold injection machines.

+ Utilize PLCs for troubleshooting using ladder logic, specifically Mitsubishi PLCs.

+ Maintain and repair sensors, drives, and electrical systems, including 3-phase electric systems at 480V.

+ Conduct facility maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

+ Experience with mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

+ Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic.

+ Ability to work with sensors, drives, and electrical systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in plastic mold injection maintenance is a plus but not required.

+ Familiarity with environments similar to Tower Automotive, Viking Plastics, Plastic Products Co., Jones Plastic, or Amazon is advantageous.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $58240.00/yr.
