    **Job Title:** Maintenance Mechanic

    **Location:** Bay Shore, NY

     

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety across all equipment.

     

    • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

    • Provide preventive maintenance on various equipment and machines.

    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair automated electromechanical equipment to minimize downtime.

    • Perform preventive maintenance on a wide range of machinery and facility systems.

    • Use precision tools, interpret blueprints and schematics, and apply technical knowledge to repairs.

    • Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

    • Follow lockout/tagout safety procedures and adhere to GMP and company safety standards.

    Essential Skills:

    • Experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems.

    • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.

    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    • Ability to perform preventative maintenance and lockout/tagout procedures.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field.

    • Hands on experience with food processing or production equipment.

    • Ability to work overtime.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
