    Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate, where you will play a crucial role in the assembly of softball and baseball bats. This position involves handling large, heavy racking designed to hold our two-piece bats and operating various machines to ensure a smooth production process.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble softball and baseball bats.

    + Operate machines including glue machines, saws, wrapping machines, and conveyors.

    + Pull handles through barrels of bats.

    + Multi-task and transition between different processes efficiently.

    + Load machines onto conveyors and into ovens.

    + Package and track finished products.

    + Follow and maintain production cycle times.

    + Inspect products throughout the production cycle.

    + Adhere to all production and safety guidelines.

    + Prepare products for the next stage in the manufacturing process.

    + Communicate effectively with teammates.

    + Follow detailed work instructions.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in assembly and production.

    + Proficiency in using hand tools and machine operation.

    + Positive and coachable attitude.

    + Ability to perform general labor tasks.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Motivated and shows initiative.

    + Ability to adapt and learn quickly.

    Work Environment

Our facility has a great work culture, complete with a pool table in the break room. The department works with adhesives/glue, so be prepared for a strong smell, though air quality is perfectly safe. The shift is from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, with occasional overtime.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hillsboro, OR.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
