    Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team of skilled technicians. This role involves electromechanical troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment, primarily working off a preventive maintenance schedule. The position offers different shift options, including weekend day and night shifts, as well as weekday shifts. You will play a key role in ensuring the proper functioning of machinery, responding to line calls, and handling equipment breakdowns.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform electromechanical troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment.

    + Work off a preventive maintenance schedule while being able to respond to line calls and breakdowns.

    + Inspect equipment to ensure proper running of machinery.

    + Repair and fix any faulty equipment.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in pneumatics and hydraulics.

    + Ability to read and interpret schematics.

    + Experience with 480v / 3-phase motors.

    + 3+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.

    + Minimum of 2 years of schooling combined with 1 year of practical experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Knowledge of PLCs.

    + Experience with robotics, specifically FANUC and ABB.

    + Familiarity with mold presses and automotive parts manufacturing.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a non-temperature controlled but clean manufacturing environment. The facility specializes in the production of hood liners on auto dashboards for the automotive industry.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of DELAWARE, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
