    Project Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of concrete scope items and project strategy development. The successful candidate will generate customer proposals, develop preliminary schedules, and ensure accurate project information is disseminated effectively.

    Responsibilities

    + Identify and quantify all necessary concrete scope items.

    + Collaborate in developing a bid strategy for projects.

    + Generate customer proposals and preliminary project schedules.

    + Perform job setup, including initial contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budget.

    + Ensure the generation and accuracy of project information.

    + Create preliminary project schedules.

    + Organize and execute an accurate takeoff for projects.

    + Collaborate with the Project Lead and operational support to develop accurate project plans.

    + Communicate information, solutions, and opportunities to the team as needed.

    + Compile daily job cost reports to ensure alignment with the budget.

    + Create change orders based on customer expectations.

    + Execute detailed project closeouts.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven project management experience.

    + Experience in vertical concrete construction.

    + Commercial construction expertise.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience in construction project management.

    Work Environment

    The Project Manager will work in a dynamic commercial construction environment, utilizing industry-standard technologies and methodologies to ensure project success. The role demands attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve common goals

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Plain City, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

     

    Full Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. 401k. Relocation package if needed. Sign-on bonus possibility.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Plain City,OH.
