Job Title: Dental AssistantJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential chair-side clinical support to our Doctors and Hygienists, ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout their appointments. You will be responsible for tasks including operatory setup and cleanup, patient education, and processing X-rays as prescribed.
Responsibilities
+ Provide chair-side clinical support to Doctors and Hygienists.
+ Chart patient information and educate patients on oral health.
+ Set up and clean up operatories before and after appointments.
+ Deliver an exceptional patient experience at all phases of their appointment.
+ Take and process X-Rays as prescribed by the Dentist.
+ Enter patient treatment plans and maintain files at the direction of the Dentist.
+ Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories.
+ Collaborate with the team across all areas of the practice.
Essential Skills
+ Dental Assistant certification.
+ Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office products.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Commitment to partnering with all team members to enhance patient experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Advanced Dental Assistant Certification (EFDA, EDDA, EFODA).
+ Experience in healthcare or dental environments.
Work Environment
You will work in a professional dental practice environment, utilizing modern dental software and Microsoft Office products. The role involves collaborative work with a team committed to patient care and maintaining high standards of oral health education.

This is a Permanent position based out of Prineville, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $58240.00/yr.
