    Job Title: Healthcare Support

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for confirming and scheduling appointments for our dental or medical clinics, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate data entry and patient information updates. You will also handle inbound and outbound calls, playing a crucial role in our patient care operations.

    Responsibilities

    + Confirm and schedule appointments.

    + Maintain customer service with patients, vendors, and coworkers.

    + Perform data entry and update patient information.

    + Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

    Essential Skills

    + Customer service experience.

    + Call center experience.

    + Appointment scheduling skills.

    + Healthcare experience

    + Bilingual in Spanish.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Medical assisting or dental assisting diploma preferred.

    + X-ray certification is a plus.

    + Interest in a career within the medical field.

    Work Environment

    You will be part of a large medical group within Santa Barbara County, with opportunities for growth and professional development. The training program lasts between 3 to 5 months, catering to entry-level support.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Barbara, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
