    Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

    Job Description

    We are seeking to add a Mechanical Design Engineer to our R&D team. The role involves carrying out product development projects and providing support for completed products. We are looking for candidates with strong mechanical engineering experience who can thrive in a dedicated, innovative, and fast-paced work environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with the engineering manager and fellow engineers on new product development projects.

    + Perform engineering calculations and analyses, and create design drawings.

    + Develop quality control and testing documents, and collect data on prototypes.

    + Communicate with operations and production teams on manufacturing requirements and provide necessary engineering support.

    + Gather user requirements and product feedback.

    + Monitor product performance and manage design updates after new products are released.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

    + Strong proficiency in CAD software, specifically SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD.

    + Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    + Motivated and responsible individual.

    + FEA experience using Ansys ideally

    + Testing and prototype development.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is innovative and fast-paced, requiring strong collaboration with team members. The role involves using advanced CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD, along with performing various engineering tasks.     Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coral Springs, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
