About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior RevOps Specialist to join our Revenue Effectiveness team within Revenue Operations (RevOps). This role is critical to one of our top business priorities: scaling and maturing our partnerships and alliances ecosystem over the next fiscal year and beyond.This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who loves working deeply in data, crafting compelling narratives from insights, owning process improvements end to end, and presenting actionable recommendations directly to senior leadership. You’ll own the analytical and operational backbone of our partnerships business—helping leadership understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to invest next.
The ideal candidate is a builder and operator: someone who spots gaps, designs solutions, and personally drives projects from concept through execution. You’re equally comfortable running complex analyses, building scalable frameworks, and facilitating strategic conversations with executive stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Partnerships & Alliances Revenue Analytics
+ Own end-to-end analytics for partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
+ Analyze trends across pipeline, bookings, conversion, velocity, and partner performance to surface growth opportunities and risks.
+ Develop and maintain executive-ready dashboards and reporting that clearly tell the story of partnerships impact on revenue.
+ Partner with Finance to ensure alignment between partner reporting, forecasting, and revenue attribution.
Revenue Effectiveness & Strategic Planning
+ Support quarterly and annual planning, target setting, and performance reviews with data-backed insights and recommendations.
+ Design and refine measurement frameworks for partnerships and alliances (e.g., sourced vs. influenced revenue, ROI, partner tiers).
+ Evaluate and improve GTM processes across Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to drive efficiency and revenue impact.
+ Act as a thought partner to Partnerships leadership on how to scale programs, incentives, and operating models.
Alliances & Ecosystem Operations
+ Build operational infrastructure to support strategic alliance partners, including:
+ Partner segmentation and prioritization models
+ Joint pipeline and account mapping analysis
+ Enablement and adoption tracking
+ Identify operational gaps in alliance execution and recommend scalable solutions.
AI & Operational Excellence
+ Apply AI-driven tools and techniques to improve forecasting accuracy, partner segmentation, and insight generation.
+ Build automation and scalable workflows to reduce manual work and improve data accessibility across GTM teams.
+ Continuously evaluate systems and tools to improve RevOps efficiency and data quality.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Enablement
+ Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Partner Experience, Enablement, and Finance to align strategy and execution.
+ Translate business needs into operational requirements, system enhancements, and reporting solutions.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to senior Partnerships and GTM leaders, influencing decisions through data-driven storytelling.

Who You Are
Must-Have Qualifications
+ 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, or Sales Strategy within B2B SaaS or a subscription-based environment.
+ Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Sheets, Salesforce reporting, and BI tools (Looker/Tableau/PowerBI).
+ Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and turn insights into business recommendations.
+ Experience working with CRM data structures, opportunity management, and sales workflows.
+ Excellent communication skills: able to distill complex insights into clear narratives for Sales leaders.
+ Strong project management and process design capabilities; able to drive initiatives from concept to adoption.
+ Experience working in a cross-functional matrix (marketing ops, partner ops, enablement, RevOps) and driving alignment across revenue-facing functions.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with shifting priorities.
Nice-to-Have
+ Hands-on experience supporting partner ecosystems, including channel, alliances, or strategic partnerships.
+ Experience building or scaling alliances programs in a high-growth SaaS company.
+ Background in automation, systems design, or RevOps tooling strategy.

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $109,000.00 to $119,900.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
