    Job Title: Laboratory Technician – Concrete & Soils Testing

    About the Role

    We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our team and perform a variety of tests on concrete and soil samples in a controlled lab environment. This role is critical to ensuring quality and compliance for geotechnical and construction materials testing (CMT) projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform laboratory concrete testing, including breaking and analyzing concrete cylinders for strength and durability.

    + Conduct laboratory soils testing for geotechnical and CMT purposes, including classification, compaction, and moisture content analysis.

    + Carry out miscellaneous material tests as required to support project needs.

    + Accurately record and report test results in compliance with industry standards and company procedures.

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.

    + Handle and transport samples, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in laboratory testing for concrete and soils.

    + Familiarity with CMT (Construction Materials Testing) procedures and standards.

    + Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

    + Physical ability to lift and move samples up to 50 lbs.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
