    Job Title: Dental AssistantJob Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent chair-side clinical support to our Doctors and Hygienists, ensuring a seamless and positive patient experience during all phases of their appointment.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide chair-side clinical support to Doctors and Hygienists by charting, patient education, and operatory set-up and clean-up.

    + Deliver an exceptional patient experience at all phases of their appointment.

    + Take and process X-Rays as prescribed by the Dentist.

    + Enter patient treatment plans and maintain files at the direction of the Dentist.

    + Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories.

    + Educate patients on the importance of their oral health.

    + Work collaboratively with the team on all areas of the practice.

    Essential Skills

    + Completion of a dental assisting program or enrollment in an internal training program.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience with dental software such as Dentrix, Eagle Soft, or Dental Vision.

    + Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

    + Strong communication skills and a commitment to partnering with all team members.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Dental assisting experience preferred.

    + A commitment to ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is collaborative and supportive, with all team members working together to deliver exceptional dental care. This position requires proficiency in using dental software and completing sterilization processes. Dress code is professional, as we prioritize delivering a professional and comfortable experience for our patients.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Boaz, AL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $32000.00 - $40000.00/yr.
