Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the execution of distribution projects across the region. This role requires a keen ability to manage construction personnel, track project progress, and ensure timely project closeouts. You will use proprietary checklists and software to verify prints and field data, while also managing financial reporting and materials.
Responsibilities
+ Execute and manage the statewide workplan across multiple organizations.
+ Acquire necessary permits for project execution.
+ Distribute workload effectively among construction personnel.
+ Track progress of projects through regular communication with construction leadership.
+ Ensure timely closeout of projects using proprietary checklists and software.
+ Verify construction prints through redlines and field verification.
+ Manage and report financial data related to project execution.
+ Oversee materials management to ensure the availability of necessary resources.
Essential Skills
+ Proven project management experience in construction.
+ Strong financial acumen.
+ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
+ Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in utility construction and project coordination.
+ Permitting experience.
Work Environment
This role primarily involves working in an office setting, but travel to work sites may be required. A flexible schedule is available to accommodate project needs.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
