    Overview

     

    We are seeking an Aseptic Manufacturing Trainer to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the efficiency, safety, and compliance of our clean room operations. In this role, you will train personnel on current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), support clean room qualification, and ensure adherence to aseptic techniques for cell processing and product manipulation.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Prepare clean rooms for qualification and assist with testing.

    + Train staff on cGMP standards, protocols, and aseptic practices.

    + Ensure availability of supplies and materials for clean room operations.

    + Perform aseptic gowning and enter clean rooms for qualification tasks.

    + Collaborate with manufacturing teams to process cells and samples.

    + Handle cell cultures, cryopreservation, and product manipulation using aseptic techniques.

    + Follow GMP practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    + Support cellular facility operations and production processes.

    + Perform processing and testing to ensure safe, efficacious products.

    + Work with batch records, cell expansions, volume reductions, depletions, and enrichments.

    + Contribute to clinical trial support through various manufacturing processes.

    Essential Skills & Qualifications

    + 2–4 years of experience in a related field.

    + Strong knowledge of cGMP, cell culture, manufacturing processes, and aseptic techniques.

    + Experience training new aseptic operators.

    + Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly.

    + Familiarity with ISO standards and aseptic gowning procedures.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in biology or a related scientific discipline.

    + Hands-on experience in a cell-based biology lab (academic or industry).

    + Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    + Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    Work Environment

    + This position requires working in an aseptic clean room environment with mandatory gowning.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Allendale, NJ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
